Gouache – Montana Peepshow Stories

Montana Peepshow Stories is a series of narrative paintings based on the premise that Queen Elizabeth the First, from 16th century England, has time traveled to Montana during both famous and obscure moments in the state’s history.  The gouache paintings are meticulously painted in a contemporary Persian Miniature style and each is housed in it’s own peepshow box.  The viewer is required to flip a light switch and peer through a peephole to see the illuminated painting.
